Environments Affected: Production and Sandbox
Earlier today, some customers experienced errors and timeouts in our Sandbox environment.
Root cause: A change intended to upgrade our network communication and monitoring introduced a protocol incompatibility between services, which disrupted inter-service communication.
Fix: We quickly rolled back the change, and Sandbox has been stable since.
Scope: The impact was limited to Sandbox; we have no evidence of any effect on production environments.
To further strengthen stability, we will perform urgent preventive maintenance during the above window. This work will include additional safeguards and infrastructure checks to prevent similar issues from occurring in production.
During this window:
- Access to the platform may be temporarily unavailable.
- API calls during downtime may fail → We recommend retrying any failed API calls after maintenance is complete.
- Webhooks will be processed once the system is back online.
- Emails, notifications, scheduled reports and jobs, and sandbox syncs may be delayed but will resume automatically.
We are also enhancing our rollout process by adding protocol-compatibility tests, staged/canary deployments, and tighter monitoring. These improvements will help us detect and prevent issues earlier.
